Update 10/31/09

Hey everyone so this past weekend has been so fun i have done alot of walking and have ate alot of salad not sure what my weight is but i will tell you as soon as i can. well got 2 go love you all

update

So with in the past three days I have walked 18 miles just by walking from class to class and seminary. I feel so great I know I still need to do more exercise so I will work on doing that. I have also got in the habit at school but only drinking half the pint of chocolate milk they give us and eating salad with my lunch. My weight has increased sadly though I am up to 165 pounds. But I know with alot more exercise and eating smaller portion sizes I will be able to do it.

recently

Hey everyone so here it is recently as in the past month I obviously have not been keeping up which I will try to explain. I have been eating healthy foods in fact I have been eating whole grain cereal's, alot of smoothies which is probably not good because there is alot of sugar but i digress , and I have also been only eating food that have less than 10 grams of fat per serving in them and instead of crystal light i am using sugar free drink mix the Walmart brand so t has no sugar fat or anything else that is bad for me in it i have also been swimming alot recently because we got a 15 foot by 3 foot pool its been a blast i spend at least a hour every day splashing chandler and Jordan in it i also do 10 laps around it too. By the way the reason i have not kept up is well because I have been really busy claing i aslo went to girls camp which was a blast and i have been going to the library i have read 5 books so far and i have been going to church activites like crazy oh and hanging out with chandler and jordan james sadly didn"t come this time. so i am sorry I haven"t been on in a while i will do my best for now on to keep up. Love you all!!! P.S. sorry about the speeling and grammer I will work on that too.

restart

ok so to be honest i haven't been working hard on getting healthy but starting tommorrow i will work really hard for now on and whats really great is my dad is on track too now so we shopping tonight and lets just say all of the unhealthy stuff like ice cream is out of our house now we have smart one meals and alot of berries with a bunch of fruit so starting tommorrow i will work as hard i can i know its dissapointing that i haven't been working hard but don't worry that is all going to change!

7/9/2009

ok so today i sort of slack off on doing activitys but i di eat less then i normally do so i had just a little bit of chips and salsa for breakfest then i had a tuna and turkey sandwich on whole grain bread for lunch and for dinner well i had tuna helper yeah not so good but i only ate that stuff because well that is all that is in my house i will go shopping though tommorrow for better foods and i will do activites because i know that if i don't change i will definately regret it

Starting my transformation!


Day one of my new goal to live a healthier life. This is how I look today. I'm 5'2" and 160lbs. Waist 36 1/2", Hips 41 1/2", Thigh 24". My goal is to get my weight down to a healthy 120 lbs. I'm going to be smart and do this naturally and healthily. It might take a while but I don't want to do anything that is unhealthy. So I'm willing to put in the work and wait to see the results happen even if it happens slowly.
